Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic,creative person to begin to build an HR function for our rapidly expanding business. We already have an engaged workforce. We want to keep it that way.

We expect to have more than 300 employees across the world.  You would initially be employed on a 12-month fixed term contract and in that time, you would be expected to design and begin to implement a strategy that (amongst other things) delivers:

.

  1. A “self-serve” web and app based portal that allows our people to easily access training, the performance management system, HR guidance, and their holiday and pay records, as well as process their expenses;
  2. Annual employee surveys:  and the tools for assessing engagement and responding to issues raised by respondents;
  3. Private medical, life assurance, workplace pensions, and loss of income cover policies, which are fairly priced and appropriate for our work force;
  4. A package of additional benefits to reward our people, such as gym memberships, cycle to work schemes, which they can easily access via an app;
  5. Employment contracts and processes that comply with local laws and practices;
  6. A seamless recruitment process, including interview checklists and interview score-sheets;
  7. An easy on-boarding process for new starters;
  8. An enhanced, web based, performance management system based on our values and our ESG commitments;
  9. In person and “on demand” video training courses, so that our Investment Development Managers can learn: about our business, about the industry they work in; client service skills; and leadership skills. And so that they can complete any mandatory training (on issues such as diversity and inclusion) easily;
  10. Payroll services in an efficient way;
  11. Well-being programmes which reflect the different needs of teams across the world;
  12. The additional policies and processes we need to meet our ESG commitments, as well as checklists to ensure we are complying with them;
  13. Robust mechanisms for addressing individual employee performance issues;
  14. An easy to use, secure platform for centrally storing employee records, and which allows us to analyse data;
  15. A way of Identifying future staffing needs and creating job descriptions;
  16. a cost-effective way of ensuring that we can get quality employment law advice across the jurisdictions we work in; and    
  17. A roadmap showing how TIP’s HR services should be delivered after your interim appointment ends.

You’d report to the CEO. We are looking for someone who has significant experience of managing HR change programmes at a senior level.

You’d need to be a strategic thinker, comfortable with working in a fast paced, private equity “scale up” environment, and know about the ESG accreditation process.

You’d need to be totally committed to improving morale and engagement in organisations and attracting the best candidates. And you’d need to be comfortable with getting to grips with employment law and practices in multiple jurisdictions. Because you’ll be “shopping” for the systems and benefit bundle packages that will underpin our HR function, you’ll need to demonstrate that you can get value for money in a HR procurement exercise.

Qualifications

Ideally a Bachelor’s degree and a post graduate qualification related to the HR field.

Salary and Benefits

  • £90,000 – £110,000 plus discretionary bonus if you meet the targets we agreed at the outset.

Job Summary

The Site Acquisition and Development Manager has or develops skills comparable to those of a TMT (Tech, Media and Telecom) investment banker, including knowledge of mobile operators and tower companies, M&A activity between them, network sharing, telecommunications technology, the time value of money, risk/benefit analysis, site leases, transaction documentation, commercial and legal due diligence, client service skills and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • A high school degree is required
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate, financial services, consulting or sales
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and if possible customer relationship management systems)
  • A client service orientation
